The route
Leaving Tivat, the road runs along the flat shore of the inner bay, past the superyacht masts of Porto Montenegro and the Solila salt flats, before joining the Adriatic Highway near the end of the airport runway. From there it climbs over the ridge that separates the Bay of Kotor from the open Adriatic and winds down to Budva, with the sea reappearing ahead of you on the final descent to the riviera.
