The route
From Bar the road climbs south past the olive groves of the Bar plain and follows the coast through Dobra Voda and Utjeha, small villages with quiet coves below the road. After the final ridge it drops into Ulcinj, the southernmost town on the Montenegrin coast, shaped by centuries of Adriatic and Ottoman history.
